If you arrive you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time you will need to reschedule and pay another deposit. You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance failure to do so you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will be treated as a No-show. A No call No show will be charged 100% service fee or will be removed from client list for future booking.
